We are happy to share it with our friends......so here it is :)
1 head of romaine lettuce
(we like to use the mixed greens too)
1 bundle of green onions (just add a couple if desired)
1/2 cup sliced almonds (can be omitted)
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 - 1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp olive oil
2 pkg Mr. Noodle (broken and crumbled)
Wash the lettuce and chop the green onions. Mix together and refrigerate.
In the 2 tsp of olive oil, saute the broken noodles, nuts, sesame seeds and garlic powder until lightly brown. Set aside.
3/4 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
To make the dressing, bring all the ingredients to a boil, just until the sugar disolves. Cool and refrigerate.
Add the noodle mixture to the lettuce mixture and toss. Add the dressing just before serving. Be sure to shake it well before adding it to your salad.
